If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! The worst experience I’ve ever had! The owner kept trying to convince me to get a different hairstyle and no matter what style I picked, they were all $200… but “just for me.” She eventually convinced me to get jumbo knotless braids. I showed her the color I wanted and she said okay but when it was time to get it done she didn’t have it. I was nervous the whole time! I wanted to see her first braid and if it was even worth my time but she started all the braids halfway before completing any of them. My parts were extremely uneven! It was no method or symmetry. I do not recommend this shop. Shop is not clean. The staff is not personable. They have no regard for customer’s time. They had to stop and eat (my Braider was doing NOTHING before I arrived for a scheduled appointment). She was very slow about gathering her materials to get started doing my hair. Braiders are subpar; there is no clean, even parting; the boxes are not uniform in size; the amount of hair per braid - braids are varying sizes, so then job overall does not look professional.
