Accu-Air was recommended to me by a friend. After a little confusion it became evident of a merging of Accu-Air and Maynor with the dropping of the Accu-Air name. After a positive conversation by phone with Jessica G, I met with JJ Brigman to address my AC needs. Their price was competitive, but the reason I chose them was, even though they are now a larger company, they apparently haven't lost that " small town " personal service. I rarely (if ever) post reviews unless I feel someone has gone above and beyond. Our AC quit working today and OMG it was hot. (I'm one of those people that doesn't deal well with heat). Anyway I called Accu-Air and talked with Bonnie. She could have sent a repairman, charged a service fee, etc, but to my surprise she gave me a few things to try first. Guess what...it was just a tripped breaker (which is exactly what she thought it might be) so no repairs were necessary and best of all it didn't cost a penny!! It's refreshing to find a local business that's not just in it for the money. If I EVER have a real problem Accu-Air will the only one I'll call. Thank you so much Bonnie!!!

After speaking with a few companies, I recently had my first floor HVAC unit replaced by Accu-Air. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism from start to finish, especially given I had a very poor customer service experience with another local company that showed me a staged picture of leaks in the heating exchange that were dramatically worse than the leaks I had.

Larry, the owner, came out to meet me personally and took the time to explain all of our options and answered all my questions.
