Accu-Air was recommended to me by a friend. After a little confusion it became evident of a merging of Accu-Air and Maynor with the dropping of the Accu-Air name. After a positive conversation by phone with Jessica G, I met with JJ Brigman to address my AC needs. Their price was competitive, but the reason I chose them was, even though they are now a larger company, they apparently haven't lost that " small town " personal service. After speaking with a few companies, I recently had my first floor HVAC unit replaced by Accu-Air. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism from start to finish, especially given I had a very poor customer service experience with another local company that showed me a staged picture of leaks in the heating exchange that were dramatically worse than the leaks I had.

Larry, the owner, came out to meet me personally and took the time to explain all of our options and answered all my questions. Brilliant! Customer service is perfect, costs are reasonable, nobody gives you phony information about the condition of your current equipment, and their advice regarding improving performance or purchasing new equipment is spot-on. Bravo!
