“Called at 8am and explained situation with my elderly parents with a blownout water heater. Corroded valve with no way to shut off, so they had no water at all. Explained how my 84 ur old mother has to look after my 85 yr old invalid father. They were very sympathetic to our situation and showed up shortly thereafter with 3 guys who were very polite and completed the job and my parents had water and hot water within 3 hours from my phone call. He looked at the situation and although he could not do the job, he referred another plumber who could. Not all people can crawl under these mobile homes. He called the other plumber and I spoke to him. The other plumber came out to make repair in timely fashion. Jimmie was great. The job got done.“
