They also covered nails with something to to keep them from rusting and showing through the new paint job. I found Scott and his wife, who works in the office, very easy to communicate with. It was nice to be able to call and text them like real people and not be stuck in some online communication request system like many businesses use these days. When Coastal put a certified roof on my house, they promised it would be fixed—and it was! After every serious storm, I go up into the attic and check, and all is well. The staff was polite, professional, and did what the promised!“

We were quite frustrated with the realtor's lack of proper inspection and subsequent concern that there was considerable damage found.The only good thing I can say about the realtor is they finally contacted OBX Services and Jason Johnson was sent to the property. He was thorough, pleasant and noted at all of the damage. He was able to get a quicker, more appropriate response from the realtor.The property owners were lucky. “This is our sixth year renting from Stan White Realty and the third different house we have rented. The entire process is pretty smooth. I wish that adding options (such as the linen package) were a little more obvious on the website. But, a few email exchanges have take care of that. With their large inventory, I don't doubt that there have been a few problems as reflected in the negative reviews. My philosophy is that anyone can mess up on occasion and that human nature is more inclined to complain than to compliment. My experience has been almost all positive.“
