“This is our sixth year renting from Stan White Realty and the third different house we have rented. The entire process is pretty smooth. I wish that adding options (such as the linen package) were a little more obvious on the website. But, a few email exchanges have take care of that. With their large inventory, I don't doubt that there have been a few problems as reflected in the negative reviews. My philosophy is that anyone can mess up on occasion and that human nature is more inclined to complain than to compliment. My experience has been almost all positive.“

They also covered nails with something to to keep them from rusting and showing through the new paint job. I found Scott and his wife, who works in the office, very easy to communicate with. “Having tried to find a leak in my roof for years, I had finally given up and put a wading pool in my attic to catch the water. When Coastal put a certified roof on my house, they promised it would be fixed—and it was! After every serious storm, I go up into the attic and check, and all is well. The staff was polite, professional, and did what the promised!“
