Received an immediate response and was out quickly to fix my oil furnace. Very knowledgeable and kind. He quickly fixed the problem and our house got nice and warm. Price was great!

I called they said they would be here this evening. I texted them because I hadn't heard anything. I got a reply within 2 seconds. They said they where finishing a job and then they would be here they where running behind. 30 minutes later David came. I told him what was going on he checked and told me we probably had a very small leak some where and told us what he could do. He went to check stuff outside to and he said everything was fine there he would put some freon in and see how that worked that it might get us through the summer. David was very respectful and seem to know what he was talking about. When he finished he wrote the bill out and we paid him and told hi I'm if we needed anyone else we would call him. We recommend Parker Heating and Air. Very good work.

It is a Friday after a holiday and other service providers could not get to us until at least Monday without an emergency call service fee. Parker Heating and Air came out within an hour of my calling and leaving a message. Diagnosed the problem, fix it and we are cooling right down. Mr. Parker was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient.
