Russ came out to fix our clothes dryer today. He accommodated us by servicing our dryer the day after we called. He showed up when he said he was going to. He fixed a very complicated repair in only about 30 minutes. He had a heating element part for a 15 year old dryer stocked on his truck. He cleaned up his work space upon completion. And...he is a very friendly person to talk to. I can't say enough good things about Russ and his company.
