I secured a roofing inspection and service through consultant Tony Davenport for my mothers home. He provided me very detailed information about my roofing needs and the cost for service (very fair and competitive pricing as we paid out of pocket for our new roof). He was very knowledgeable, professional and customer friendly. When I had questions, he responded without delay. Tony kept me well informed from start to finish. As for the roofing crew, they are awesome and on point!!! They had what I believe was a crew of 8. The shingles arrived around 8:30am, crew was right behind the truck ready to get started. Chuck was my sales representative. He was very detailed on explaining the entire process from beginning to end. This was my first time doing an insurance claim and he even helped me with that. He helped with picking out color of shingles to best match. He was here for the installation and was back the next day to make sure I was happy with it and also made sure everything was cleaned up in the yard after the install. Couldn't of asked for better serviceThe crew was quick and efficient there were around 6-8 people that did the tear off and install of new roof and the clean up.Everyone was professional and kindI would highly recommend Chuck and his team. 10 outta 10
