They have a new light bed that is absolutely helping me heal after abdominal surgery. It uses that red light and ultraviolet spectrum to get down in the tissues and is really helping with the inflammation, which is getting me back to my summer body ??. Highly recommend all the folks at little mountain and highly suggest you try the light bed. It has settings for athletes to help them recover too so if you got teens in sports, definitely check it out.“
