Hands down the best service and customer service you’ll get. Worth every penny. We did the Level 2 detailing and they came to my work, put up tents in the rain, it was 95 degrees outside and they worked from 11-6:30 the first day, and said it wasn’t perfect yet and wanted to come back the next day to finish. Came back the next day and worked another 4 hours. They wouldn’t even let me pay until they were satisfied with their job and let me have a final look over to make sure it was up to my standards as well before paying. It was SPOTLESS. Make sure you give them a tip because their prices are way more than fair.

Graylin was outstanding. He was courteous, prompt, accommodating and kind. Service was phenomenal!! He detailed two boats for me and helped me get apolstery redone on one of the boats. I highly recommend his business!!!

Just wanted to give a shout to Austin, Graylin, Ronald, and the rest of the Lock Down Detailing team for taking great care our family of vehicles. I've had them take care of everything from PPF on our vehicle to polishing out swirl marks and scratches, to mobile vehicle detailing and coming to our home to clean our vehicles. Graylin and other have been kind enough to drive me back to my home when they can as sometimes my wife can't pick me up after dropping a vehicle off.
