Jacob was great. He took time to show me pictures and explain what happened. It was very obvious he was well trained and able to diagnose the problem. He was able to help us with a solution and ensure someone contacted us quickly. I was concerned that he would not appreciate me watching him, instead he stated it was fine, he understood my concern.
