May 24 2024…. I called long distance to order an arrangement for a funeral on Sunday the 26th. I explained what I was looking for, while giving him (Bill) some artistic license to make it pink and airy and light and feminine. He assured me the flowers he would use were very fresh. When I arrived at the funeral, I was curious as to what the flowers looked like. I immediately noticed a bouquet that I hoped was NOT mine. Well, guess what? IT WAS!!! Nothing like I asked for. Now, I understand not everyone can see what I’m thinking, but I thought we were on the same page on the general look I wanted. Absolutely best florist in town. They did my beautiful bouquet ? for my wedding and have always sent flowers to anyone I have ever needed in town. Prices are great ? most gorgeous placement in their arrangements. Even the small ones are lush and full. Thank you ? for always being my florist. Love these guys.

I am so sad and disgusted by this business. I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday. She sent a picture to thank me and I was appalled and embarrassed by what she received. The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered and some were wilted and dying upon delivery. There are holes in the bouquet. My mom said the rose petals were falling off after 1 hour. I am so saddened that this is what she received for her birthday. They would be much better off in the garbage. This place should not be in business any longer and should definitely not be allowed to rip off paying customers. Two stars only because they were delivered on time to the correct address which is bare minimum.
