“Dr. Langhough and his staff are top notch! I really appreciate the fact that it's not an in and out experience where he's trying to squeeze in as many clients as possible. He took the time to understand my health and pain levels. The adjustments he's provided over the last few sessions have greatly improved my back/neck pain.

It's also not just the back pain that he addresses. He's also explained to me in great detail how lowering my A1C and glucose works within the body so I can understand my health a lot better because I mentioned I am pre diabetic.

“I had a car accident a few years ago and these guys absolutely saved my quality of life. Now I see them regularly to maintain that quality of life. They have a new light bed that is absolutely helping me heal after abdominal surgery. It uses that red light and ultraviolet spectrum to get down in the tissues and is really helping with the inflammation, which is getting me back to my summer body ??. Highly recommend all the folks at little mountain and highly suggest you try the light bed. It has settings for athletes to help them recover too so if you got teens in sports, definitely check it out.“
