“I recently had a VERY bad haircut at another “high end” salon here in town.. and I was honestly very scared to get my hair cut again. So this was my first time at Salon 521, and I absolutely will NEVER go to another salon again!! Reagan was absolutely PRECIOUS and did an absolutely amazing job. Every salon I’ve been to always rushes the hair washing (the best part) and she took her time and then massaged my head after (honestly I was sold already at this point). She took her time in the cut and we had such great, natural conversation. I showed her pictures of what I was wanting and she showed me the back after and I asked her if she could make more a defined “V” in the back and she went back in and then was not afraid to bring a fellow stylist (Sara, who was also amazing) when she wasn’t achieving the look she wanted. I was blown away that she wasn’t too prideful to ask for help and advice! Instead of just guessing and giving me either 1. not what I wanted, or 2. trying it and me ending up with a terrible cut. She got to learn something new with the razor and I achieved the EXACT look I was wanting! I am honestly blown away by this salon! The owner should be SO PROUD of those girls!! I have cried manyyyy tears bc of hair cuts, but this was the first time I’ve ever cried HAPPY TEARS in a salon chair!!! So so amazed and obsessed with my hair and so happy to say I’ve FINALLY found “MY” salon.“

“I've been going to Kyla at Buffalo Hair Co for about a year. Her salon is located in Sola Salons in Cornelius, close to Total Wine and The Fresh Market. She specializes in men's hair and does a great job with my son's and wife's hair too. For men's cuts Kyla offers a hot towel, neck shave, and shampoo. She also offers a delicious beverage to put you at ease. I love chatting with her and leaving relaxed and looking great. Kyla offers online booking through her website which makes it easy to confirm or move an appointment. Her space is is larger than your typical booth at a salon with two guest chairs - great if you're bringing your spouse or kids. I look forward to my haircuts and encourage you to schedule a visit with Kyla!“

I’ve only ever gotten a facial when gifted or a special treat on vacation-not even at a high end resort have I gotten a facial that made me want to come back, well just not leave in this case! I went in to treat myself a few months ago-what an unexpected treat it was, I literally drifted off to a relaxed sleep & melted into the table. Oh so rejuvenating-not just for the skin; my mind was at rest too! I’ve decided this is my regular treat to me; I’m worth it & deserve it and schedule at regular intervals. I’ve also gifted the experience to a few loved ones now because everyone should get to experience & enjoy self care time like this!
