“I was referred to Ann by her neighbor Solely Massage & Spa because of severe plantar fasciatis pain in my left foot. I set up an appointment immediately after my half marathon and 'walked' into Ann's shop with a bad limp, unable to apply any pressure on my left foot. My first massage was 90 minutes; my only regret was that it wasn't 180 minutes.

Ann is a master in her craft. She legit worked some kind of magic on my feet/ankles in 90 min so that I was able to do single leg calf raises pain free on my bad foot. You'll surely fall asleep and miss out because it's very comforting and peaceful in her little shop. 10/10 recommend for any foot recovery and relief. I set up 4 weekly sessions immediately after my first and have no intentions of stopping until I'm 100%.“

“I was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendonitis and plantar fasciitis and it was suspected I also had tarsal tunnel syndrome in my left foot/ankle. I heard about Rapid neural fascial reset but there were no therapist certified near me. I searched and found Melanie at Resilience Therapeutics and decided to make the over 5 hour drive from Virginia Beach to Huntersville to see if she could help me. I had been on crutches for two months when I came in for my first visit. Melanie spent over an hour with me knowing that I had come a long way hoping for help in avoiding the steroid injection that my orthopedic doctor wanted me to get. I walked out of that session without crutches and have not used them since.

I am typing this up on my car ride back home to Virginia after my 4th visit. My husband came along this time and was also treated with Rapid NFR by Melanie. I am not 100%, but I am doing better and I can’t thank Melanie enough. She really takes her time to address the problem and really cares about the people she treats. I will continue to drive the 5 plus hours to see Melanie. It is worth it to avoid going back in a boot and on crutches and to avoid surgery or steroid injection. I highly recommend Melanie and her practice.“

He has amazed me even more now by helping my very strong-willed two year old with her ear infections. She just climbs on the table now, and for her to like anyone says a lot!
