Abby was punctual and knowledgable about my dumb brand new not working fridge. Abby was honest in breaking the news that it would cost nearly as much as a new fridge to fix. Most folks would just say yeah fix it! I had already been reimbursed under warranty but wanted to at least have it evaluated. Would definitely have Abby back to evaluate and repair any items in my little commercial kitchen. I am thankful this company is available to me in my remote location as well!

Appliance Service Solutions was contracted through my home warranrty. Stefan was responsive and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. The dishwasher needs replaced and the replacement is covered under the warranty. I worried this whole process would be a headache, but thanks to Appliance Service Solutions, it was a breeze!Service: Dishwasher repair

Appliance Service Solutions are phenomenal! I was introduced to them in early 2021 through my home warranty. Stefan came from North Carolina to Oak Ridge, TN to evaluate my problem with my oven and dryer. Due to Covid, parts had to be waited for. However as soon as they were received his office scheduled a visit the next day!In December my washer went out and I contacted the same warranty company and requested Stefan and Appliance Service Solutions as he had been so thorough, efficient and kind - and drove hours to get to me!
