“Okay this place is a hidden gem! I had my first appointment today. First of all the Lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful to give me directions when I couldn’t find the building. It is a clean and relaxing environment. I think the prices are very fair! I booked with Hunter who was very personable and knowledgeable on his trade. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcomed and I must say I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good massage! Hunter really targeted my problem areas and worked out some tough knots and issues I had. I feel so much better! I don’t think I realized how much pain I was in before until I got home and realized how different I felt! “What a wonderful experience! I had an oncology massage after surgery for breast cancer, and Renuka was amazing. The environment was very relaxing and nurturing. She took her time with me before the massage started to go over my health history and how my recovery was going. And the massage itself was one of the best I have ever had- aromatherapy, hot towels, hot stones, additional therapeutic ointments- all were included. I plan on returning for lymphatic drainage as well. Highly recommend!“

“I walked in after a haircut appointment in the same area to check it out right when they opened. I was greeted and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to schedule me for the next day. I received a great massage from Elizabeth, who was able to find some trouble spots during a deep tissue session. I've had trouble in the past with getting lackluster massages at places like Massage Envy and Zen massage, maybe because they rotate through more inexperienced therapists. At this place, there are a few consistent people and they all maintain their training and technique from what I could tell, as I think I saw them in a training session that morning with a client going over some techniques being taught by the owner. It looks like they had recently increased their prices across the board as the pamphlet had prices crossed out and replaced with higher amounts. Even so, it seemed like a nice treat to splurge on and I would recommend it. I did not notice any excessive noise outside the room like some of the other reviewers mentioned but I could see it being a possibility. An idea would be to install those sound machines outside the doors.“

“I have psoriatic arthritis along with the adjustments I get to relieve my pain I also do the Light Therapy. The Light Therapy gets deep into the muscles that are sore or stiff. It works so well within hours I feel great relief and by the next day it's even better. It works for so many hours after the 20 minute treatment.“

“I've been dealing with piriformis and sciatic issues for quite some time. A friend recommended I visit Robert. His trigger point massage and stretching did wonders. It was completely different than a typical massage and went a long way towards helping to fix the issues I'm having. He also provided suggestions for exercise ball exercises to help with stretching/strengthening the areas that are causing me problems and even recommended a good ball to purchase. I will be scheduling another visit soon.“

“I have been going to Complete Rehab in Gastonia for more than a year now. First part for my back and now for Total Knee Repair surgery. I have always felt relaxed when I go for treatment. Except for the pain of course. These folks are the best to go to if you want excellent care. My therapists, Rebecca and Shaughnesy, are really great. They work to put together the best exercises for me after my surgery. When I ask any questions, they explain the answers so I can understand and sometimes, if needed, show me pictures so I can see what it looks like for a better understanding. They are both patient with me and get it that the pain is so bad. They have a way of gently talking to me to ease my fears. That shows me their compassion for my issues and tears. Even when they have to get a little touch. These young ladies I have never forgotten from the beginning. And I won't ever.“
