There were absolutely some ups and downs with my tree removal project. A little miscommunication, a hurricane, some broken equipment… It was in some ways a 2-3 star experience at times. However, in the end the folks at Monster did the 5 star thing which is to make things right and some.
Our arborist was great working with a quote and some back and forth on my end regarding timing. However, he was able to sneak our job in early compared to the initial booking date. A little miscommunication on where to put some logs occurred, my only recommendation is just be explicit, work with the crew, and provide what you want in writing if possible!

We had a large oak tree fall in our front yard during the night last Thursday. I called Monster Tree Service Friday afternoon and they came out today, Monday to take care of sawing and removing the tree. The young men working this job were pleasant and hard work. They got the job done and cleaned everything up. I would recommend them.
Monster tree company removed a monster tree from my house that fell during hurricane Helena
The tree was removed via a crane and other equipment.
They did an efficient and good job.
