Can't say enough good things about Bill. We have a 1928 house and Bill has matched new flooring to the existing flooring seamlessly, as well as refinished existing floors without a intervening threshold. They showed up on time, met the estimate and the work was impeccable. Will absolutely hire Bill the next time we need work done. I highly recommend.

I've hired Bill and his crew 3 times. They work efficiently and do a clean, thorough job. Bill isn't out for a fast upsell, if he thinks you can just buff the floors rather than sand and refinish, he's open minded about that and will take the small jobs. I'ts not a budget service - pricing was very comparable to other flooring work, so you're buying peace of mind and consistency.

Bill and his team did a fantastic job refinishing our hardwood floors. I got quotes from a few difference companies. Bill was the only one who noticed that 2 of the rooms had different wood from the rest of the house. We were wondering why the floors in those rooms looks so much less damaged from the other floors. Once Bill pointed out where the new and old wood met we could easily see the difference. Bill's recommendation of not doing those two rooms saved us a lot of money. One of the other companies who gave us a quote had noticed that one of the rooms had a different floor, but not the 2nd room. They also said they didn't recommend only doing the old floor because the sanding would be hard to stop at the board change in the floor without going over. Not only was Bill's team able to sand up to the board and not go over, he was also able to match the stain color almost perfectly so the difference between the two floors doesn't stand out. To my further amazement, Bill's team was able to carefully remove all our baseboards and reuse them after the floor had been sanded and restained. They were so careful at removing the old nails that you can't tell! Even though cutting and installing new baseboards had been part of the original invoice, since they were able to just reuse the old molding, Bill removed another almost $300 from our bill! Bill's team was very friendly, knowledgeable and showed up on time every morning. Each day they made sure to turn off all our lights, close the doors and clean up any messes and tools. They also took a lot of care in sealing off our pantry, kitchen cabinets and covering our furniture in plastic so the dust cleanup was minimal. I would highly recommend LeBeau's Hardwood Floors to anyone who wants their floors to look like new again.
