“I have been here twice and had an amazing experience both times. My first appointment was with Breona. Breona is very skilled, detailed, and does an amazing job. She gave me a blowout with the most beautiful flat iron curls, and my hair was gorgeous. Today, since it was raining and will be all week, I decided just to get my hair diffused because it is naturally curly. Lisa was my stylist, and she did an amazing job diffusing my hair. My curls are soft, bouncy, and voluminous. Lisa made sure my hair had volume by lifting the roots as she diffused. Thank you, Lisa!!!! It's so nice to see my curls after weeks of wearing it straight. It's also nice that the salon and the stylists cater to a variety of hair textures, which allowed me to embrace my curls instead of getting a blowout and it being ruined by this rainy weather. Highly recommend this salon for all hair types, colors, and textures.

Mariella did a color correction, blending out a harsh blonde highlight done by another stylist that I was afraid to go back to, and the result was perfection! “I've been going to Kyla at Buffalo Hair Co for about a year. Her salon is located in Sola Salons in Cornelius, close to Total Wine and The Fresh Market. She specializes in men's hair and does a great job with my son's and wife's hair too. For men's cuts Kyla offers a hot towel, neck shave, and shampoo. She also offers a delicious beverage to put you at ease. I love chatting with her and leaving relaxed and looking great. Kyla offers online booking through her website which makes it easy to confirm or move an appointment. Her space is is larger than your typical booth at a salon with two guest chairs - great if you're bringing your spouse or kids. I am not a local but because of a lot of travel was in desperate need of a root touch up - I like Aveda products because they are kinder to my sensitive skin as well so found the salon via yelp. All the five star reviews are well deserved. She didn't just do roots but went above and beyond and fixed my brassy highlights with a lovely caramel color wash that suits my asian skin tones better and did an epic job of fixing some badly done wide streaks from my last balayage. So happy with the subtle results. No need to look further for someone who understands color... Wish I don't live in CA so that I could come back more often.“
