After my Jeep had gotten damaged down the passenger side, I knew that I wanted to go to Gerber again, this was my second time dealing with them. Susan at the front desk is a gem and would regularly call and give me updates. I had a few concerns about the repairs on my Jeep but after talking to Caleb, the General Manager, he reassured me that it would like just like it did before when I bought it. The techs did a fantastic job and everything turned out really great. Happy to deal with them again.

100% recommend this shop. Always communicating with me about what was going on and what parts/repairs were needed for my car. I got in the wreck the week of thanksgiving and they were able to get me in the following week. After I called multiple other places and everyone told me it would be 2024 before they could fix my car. They got my car done as soon as possible even with issues with parts. Everyone here was super nice, caring, and explained the process to me well. I really appreciate it since this is the first time I’ve had to deal with the fall out from a car accident. Thank you guys!!!
