    I've just finished my 10 sessions and re-upped my membership to once a week for 6 months. I'm in my 60's, I spend a lot of time in the outdoors, hiking, wade fishing, pulling heavy loads. I have definitely increased my leg strength and balance. The people there are just awesome, nice and know what they're doing. The 20 minutes flies by. Highly recommended.

    I have had a really nice experience at this location. I am very busy with travel for work and it is hard to make time to work out, also have had shoulder and back problems so lifting is difficult and this has been a great option. The instructors here are great, especially Kendra, and I have had a positive impact of the exercise program. Clean facilities, convenient location, and very nice people. The workouts are fun and if you need to save time you should give this a try!

    I had a fairly severe shoulder injury in Feb of 2022. After surgery, subsequent physical therapy and conventional strength training, my shoulder was still not 100%- not even close actually. A friend told me about FitFast, so I decided to give it a try. The results have been fabulous. My shoulder is “back” and feeling great. I absolutely believe the muscular strength I have gained from EMS is exactly why my shoulder feels so much better and my function is back to normal.
