I called asking questions about ear lobe piercings for my six year old daughter. Obray, the owner, customer service was excellent. He’s extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions professionally. Upon walking into his shop, I was immediately greeted with a kind smile and handshake. My daughter was nervous about her piercing, but Obray was kind and took his time, and made her feel at ease. I’m pleasantly impressed with this shop. I will definitely be back for my tattoos in the future as well!
Cleanliness: Cleanliness here is top tier! No clutter, display case was clean, the piercing room was bright and welcoming.
I had the most amazing experience with Obray receiving my second ever tattoo- I'd give him 15☆'s if I could! Obray was delightful to work with- skilled, professional, kind, efficient, with a gentle and extremely steady hand. I had a difficult design with curvalinear forms and fine line work placed on my neck, and Obray made the whole process as swift and expedient as possible, with very little discomfort. Went here for my first tattoo and was nervous, Obray was super friendly and happy to accompany. Very skillful and confident which was proven in masterful work in a timely manner. Prep, needlework and aftercare was seamless and Obray was more than happy to answer any questions. Would reccomend to anyone. Thank you so much.
