Zero stars are too many. Nurses make appointments then don’t show. Told us to alter doctors orders. Doctor said no. 3 hours late first visit and now 8 hours late and not so much as a call. They did not even leave a number for me to call. Run from this service don’t walk. Customer service is not slack it is non existent.
If I could give zero stars I would. Watch out for the hidden charges bet you sign the contract. I was not informed of a n ancillary charge for $125 because I only needed services for 2 weeks. They penalize the customer for not making a long term commitment and they don’t tell you about it nor is it written in the contract. Service was mediocre at best. Very disappointed
