Very thorough and trustworthy. I've been extremely pleased with everyone on the team. I would trust them with all my hvac needs and my dog! They've always welcomed my pup and taken great care of us. Best in the business hands down.
I know this might sound like a commercial BUT it’s not. It’s just heartfelt. Allied called to say they had a cancellation and could come to service our system. I had not planned to be home and was very self conscious about the mess I had going. However I am so glad I changed my plans. Mike Peterson did an excellent and thorough job. Mike kindly and carefully navigated the storage containers. He took the time to let me know what, why and the results of everything he was doing, and also did not push or encourage me to upgrade, install or use any of the other services they offer. We had our 12-year old HVAC system replaced with a new Carrier system by the Allied Aire team and were very impressed by the great customer service throughout the process! Jeff did the initial inspection and estimate, and was very thorough in his write-up and communication via phone. He was patient and answered all of my questions to ensure I understood the system we were selecting, and even helped us ensure we got the best system in the end. Victor and Tony did the installation and were also great. The installation took nearly a full day; they were thorough in removal of the prior old system and installation of the new system.
