He showed me every issue with the unit and explained how each part worked, and the importance of each of the parts. At the end of our scheduled appointment he let me make my informed decision without “bullying” me into picking what most companies would want me to do. He provided quotes for both what I call “patch jobs” and a total replacement of the whole system. He provided the cheapest quote out of any of the people I have had come out. “Friday at 5:30 my a/c quit. I called Call Dad and got an appointment set for Monday. Tech came, found the problem, but had already used that part earlier that day. So he set up appointment for Tuesday. Tech came, replaced part and all was good. After talking with the first tech, John, I learned about Call Dad.
