I recently visited Valentino Nail Bar in Concord, and unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. They were incredibly busy, which may have contributed to the issues I encountered. The nail technician seemed rushed, and as a result, the shaping of my nails was off. I didn't feel like the job was done with the care and attention to detail that I expected. I hope they improve on this in the future, especially during busy times.

I recently visited, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Jasmine and a complimentary drink, offering a calming atmosphere. The salon was clean and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect place to relax.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. My nail technician, Loan was not only skilled but also took the time to listen to my preferences and offered great suggestions. I’ve visited this salon twice before and decided to try one more time today because I couldn’t get to my normal nail tech. The nail tech that serviced me was unable to give me the style I wanted. I also didn’t appreciate the tech not being upfront about pricing. $22 additional dollars were added to my total for him using gel polish (which he didn’t ask if I wanted) and doing the French tip style. I’ve received way better pedicures from local salons for more reasonable pricing. If you choose to go, do your research on the techs and pray you can be serviced by them.
