Visited Ulta today just looking around and Aidan was super helpful! Super nice and easy to talk to. Shade matched me and my friend and recommended his favorite products, which we loved! 10/10 will look for Aidan again he needs a raise!!

I shop this location frequently, this is the first time I’ve had such an incredible experience. Mal was so knowledgeable and helped so much without pushing products on me. She was able to color match me for a product I wanted to try and also gave me real honest feedback on other products I was considering. I will be back soon to get some of the other products she recommended.

I avoid every Ulta in Charlotte except this location. They make everything so easy and simple. If you go to university or Cotswold, a simple exchange is a big deal for them. They have attitudes and act like you’re it’s a bother to them. The concord location is AMAZING. Every time I go, I meet someone new there I love. Each employee takes the time to help you & they genuinely care. A big shout out to Dijonay for helping us always!! Aliaa was a really big help today too! They took the time to go through hundreds of products with me and my mom with the biggest smile..and they were super busy.
