Richard Benante came out to fix our water meter and was respectful and extremely helpful. He provided an estimate for us, after turning off the water overflow and provided excellent service. He was able to facilitate communication and a resolution for us with the city of Charlotte. Without his help, we would still have no water in our home. Thank you, Rich!
Stan is the BEST! Helped me understand exactly what caused my issue and how to avoid future problems. VERY professional and polite- I can’t recommend him highly enough! GREAT service!
The diagnosis was a clogged A/C drain line. The repairman said they cannot clear it. No air in July in NC. Not good!! Called Roto Rooter and they came within 3 hours of the call and repaired and had the system working fine. Stan was polite, neat, and explained the issue and proceeded to complete the job within an hour. Now that is service!!
