First off Mike Martin is the best technician, he was courteous and took time to explain to my mom and I everything he was going to do and why? And, the company overall is fantastic. We called on Thursday and they were here on Friday, they made sure to contact us to update us on when they would arrive. Problem solved and I will definitely call them (Mike Martin) for future needs.
