OrthoCarolina Urgent Care Concord

Relocated with a fractured wrist, splint badly needed a change, not sure i did damage after the move. Had no doctors in the new area. Found OrthoCarolina to be conveniently located and EVER so grateful for their Urgent care services. little to no waiting time and the staff were very professional. kind and caring. The casting staff member, well she knows how to cast, very precise. I was very impressed

I had a great experience at the Concord OrthoCarolina office. Caroline Sidwell, PA made my visit less worrisome. The whole staff made it a great visit. I was hurting but felt like I received the best care. My knee is feeling so much better. Thankful for Caroline!

Greg (and other OrthoCarolina staff) were fantastic!!! I got there, was checked in to the urgent care side and was called back in I would say less than 10-15 minutes of being checked in. Very polite staff. They apologized for the wait. I was an ER nurse for years, That was not much of a wait in my book! I went and received my X-rays and went back to my room. Greg was personable, and professional. We looked at my XR and I said to myself… “self…that doesn’t look good”. That looks like bone on bone to me. Greg said, you know the treatment for that?
