I went here to treat my hypothyroidism, and they’ve been fantastic. The staff really listened to me, and because I don’t have insurance, they made every effort to make my care affordable. I usually schedule my thyroid level checks in January, but this year I needed to push it back to February, and they weren’t able to accommodate that change. Unfortunately, with my current schedule and circumstances, I won’t be able to return for follow-ups, but I appreciate the care they provided.
Very impressed with the service I received. Very excited to know that Novant is on the Epic system as my previous doctor in WV used the same system. My Novant doctor was able to have immediate access to my medical records in WV.
I really like Dr A. She is the best doctor I have found since my original doctor left the practice. She really listened and answered my questions. She gave me her input and suggestions.This is a good doctors office. Everyone I met was friendly, kind, and helpful. I would definately recommend.
