Everyone was EXTREMELYYYYY pleasant and very helpful. The technology made this one of the most accurate eye exams I've ever had. The doctor showing me the scans of my eye was definitely a first for me and very interesting. Good to know just how healthy my eyes are even though I am nearsighted. LOL. Would definitely recommend this location for the people and the experience.
Ladies up front in the office were helpful and friendly. Andrea did the pre check and took time to explain what she was doing and why. Lastly with Dr. Helin, he explained my options for contacts thoroughly, reminded me care of them( it’s been a few decades) and gave me samples. He also explained my opto map photos, compared them to last years and was positive and encouraging. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience with Northlake Eye, the staff was very helpful and polite and I really liked the Doctor. Was knowledgeable and gave me great advice to care for my eyes. Thank you. I’ll be back.
