Recently we decided to remodel our kitchen. At the start of the process we interviewed 2 different contractors. The 1st person we talked with gave us a very vague estimate without any type of breakdown of the work to be done or final design. Jeremy, (the owner), was very nice to take on a relatively small job (for them) of renovating portions of our master bath. The estimate was right on, work was done well, and generally, on schedule. I did not enjoy dealing with their office administrator, who was generally pretty rude all four times I had to speak with her on the phone. Once we were under contract, we dealt mostly with Meagan, who was very polite and professional both on the phone and on e- mail or e-builder messaging. We did have one small issue with plumbing that was eventually corrected after two visits. I would add that I told them I would do the painting and touch up after they were done.
