After repeatedly confirming my appointment time I arrived only to find that three other people had been scheduled for the exact same time with only one braider. After waiting for another braider to arrive my daughter received a sew in weave which after just two days tracks were falling out of her hair. My other daughter received knotless braids which were spaced so far apart and thin the style looked terrible. Three hundred dollars later I am sorely disappointed with the service we received and will not patronize this business again. It is clear by the dirty unkept building and poor quality of work that they will take your money with no care for the comfort of the customer... read full review

Their appointment scheduling is horrible. If you make an appointment, you may or may not be able to get your hair done. I’ve seen them turn away more people with appointments than actually do their hair. If you are lucky enough to have your appointment honored, they are good at what they do, but you have to be willing to take the chance that they will not service you or they will have you wait an hour or more.
