My beautician stopped doing hair a couple years ago. I had a girl cut mine since and I liked the length but didn't really get the cut I wanted. I have waited about a year and a half to try it again. Today I walked in Great Clips and was greeted by Shannon. She was very nice. I told her what I wanted and showed her a picture. We talked about the cut and she was very patient with me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will be back to see her again. Thank you do much Shannon.

Specialties: I always get my appointment on the app so as to know the approx wait time. Sometimes you get coupons in the mail which are geared toward this location which is a nice bonus.
Hair type: I enjoy getting my hair cut here. All employees are very nice and try their best to do what you want. I learned from a certain hairstylest to have my hair trimmed while it's dry so there aren't surprises as to the length when it is blown dry and shrinks. Very basic cuts at a great price, hense the name great clips!

Cara was very kind and understanding when I told her I tend to get a little anxious when people cut my hair. Past traumas. Thank you Cara so much. The salon was clean and the wait wasn't bad at all. Recommend to use their online check in. Then when you get there you let them know your name and they will check you in. It shows you where you are in line. Over experience was amazing and I will go back again.
