We needed a back splash for our new countertops and tried looking all over Charlotte. We ended up at Howard Tile and carpet in Concord. Tommy and Katie provided us with many options and advised us on the best way to go given the colors of our cabinets, granite and floor. The cost was lower than those at the Charlotte stores and competetive with other Concord stores. We were delighted with the installers who invited our input while doing the job. They know their business and took excellent care of us. Thanks Tommy and Katie.
