I have been to FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Concord two separate times this year, both with Mickaila as my PT. I am very happy to say that I am in a much better place as I leave. More importantly, there was never a moment that I did not feel supported. Everyone in the office does everything they can to be helpful, and I genuinely felt cared for. And seeing Amber every morning was the best start to my sessions. I'm almost sad to go! I would recommend anyone in this office a thousand times over.
Amber adds joy and encouragement in how she greets and engages with the clients. Many are experiencing physical challenges of many kind, and she makes us feel that its going to be okay. She is very friendly, professional and thoughtful. She works diligently to accomodate your scheduling needs. She always wears a smile, and makes you feel welcome. She is the first point of contact and that contact is impactful because if she is rude and can spoil your entire therapy session.
I cannot overstate how great my experience at Fyzical was! I had been experiencing Vertigo for several months and was very frustrated with my life. In one visit, Dr. Kylie Aiken at the Concord NC location cured me. Thanks!
