If you like chemical brothers this may be the place for you. I am not familiar with their products so I waited my turn to ask a few questions. The gentleman was friendly and started to help me. The phone rang and he excited himself, which I understood, but then when he hung up he started to help someone else work their question instead of finishing up with me. Just bad customer service so I left. I hate to leave bad reviews and will stop by again to give them another chance.

When I tell you I’m impressed! Thank you so much for the great customer service and fast and detailed work! If anyone ever hits one of those highway poles (lol because I did) they know what todo to get the look back right!

Really like the service and selection here in Concord, NC. I can give this location that sells Chemical Guys products 5 stars for that reason.I do have to mention that the pictured product, Diablo Wheel Cleaner, for some reason, backs up the spray nozzle, leaking out wherever I place it. I've had a few of the Chemical Guys spray bottles do the same thing. Not sure why. Just be aware. As to the performance of the Diablo Wheel Cleaner, I'm not all the impressed.As for all the other products I've tried, I'm very pleased. The Citrus Wash&Gloss is excellent. See picture.
