Riley is not just an excellent HVAC Technician, but also one who takes time with his clients, provides great explanations of his findings and answers questions well with detail I can understand. Diane, who answers the phone “holds the fort down” under all conditions and quite possibly provides the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long long time!
Called at 3:20 pm with an AC repair need on a Friday! Riley showed up about 30 minutes later and promptly took care of the problem. He said he would have been driving past on the way back to the shop and was going to get us taken care of before the weekend. They close at 4:00 on Friday. These are great people and provide excellent service!
Dianne and Candi in the office and Riley the technician all provide exceptional service. I used another company for a while, but they did not compare (not even close) to the quality of service I receive from Concord Heating & Air. I appreciate you guys.
