I dropped my shoes off at 10 30 and asked for a same day pick-up. Not only were they ready at pick-up, but they were nicely done. I have used other shoe locations and had to return my shoe without the express service. So, I am pleasantly surprised to see that my heels were repaired correctly and on the first try. I love heels, but the concrete is horrible on them. I seem to need the repaired a lot. This store was great!

Great job on shoe repair in the past. However, I came to pick up my shoes and Google says Hours of Operation are 10-3 but they were closed by the time I arrived at 2:15. Please update your hours.

I've taken my garments here multiple times and without fail they come out perfect. I never doubt the cleaning and will continue to support this business. I highly recommend if you need cleaning, I cannot say for alterations or shoes as I have not had that service done.
