I cannot say enough great things about carpets to go & more in concord NC!! Wow!! They were so extremely helpful and never once pushy! They were so respectful of our budget and walked us through the whole process completely stress free!! From the moment we walked in the door we were well informed and given so many options!! We learned so much throughout the process with their knowledgeable staff!! Julie was absolutely amazing, I can’t even put into words how awesome she is!! I HIGHLY recommend you use Julie for your flooring needs, she helped us through every step, was so real with us-never sale persony, told us everything upfront! She kept us well informed and let us know all of our options!! I am 32 weeks pregnant with our second child-not the most ideal time to be doing a flooring project but she seriously took all of the stress and frustration out of it!! It was so easy!! We just had the carpet installed today, the Shaw blue waterproof backing, Ballera. It is GORGEOUS!! Omg I cannot say enough about this carpet, it’s so soft and I’m so excited about nothing being able to soak through to the pad or subfloor. The installers were so nice and worked so quickly! They were so gentle with our furniture when moving it both out and back in, making sure it all went back to exactly where we wanted it!! They are very skilled and knowledgeable and the carpet is layed so nicely and securely!! I just don’t have enough GREAT things to say about Carpets to go and more in concord NC!!
