Had our roof replaced w/ CR in 2012. Hurricane Florence brought 3 days of rain and a drip in my attic, thru to the den ceiling. I rec'd a call the morning after I left a message saying someone would be out within the hour. The man was very nice, quickly found a clip had worked itself loose, fixed it, caulked extra and was gone all within 25 min! I appreciate being provided great service 6 years after the original service was provided!
