Rick is not only an incredible and knowledgeable trainer, but also encouraging and motivating, even in the most challenging workouts. At age 58 and after working with him for almost 10 years, I am hands down in the best shape of my life. I've always wanted arm and leg definition, and he has expertly led me through perfectly and well planned workouts to achieve that. Recently, he has put together leg workouts unlike any I've ever done with state of the art equipment. I could never get the results I've gotten in a crowded gym in the same 45 minutes I spend with him. He is so professional and runs his gym with integrity and great character. I can't recommend him enough!
Found Rick while searching for a personal trainer in Concord and I'm so glad I did. Rick explains and demonstrates each exercise and really makes sure you get the form correct for the best results. The workouts are fun and challenging and always different and tailored to my abilities and goals. I highly recommend.
