Called All Temp, thought there might be a water leak/clogged drain line. Sal came and performed diagnostic service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. No issues were found. I will continue to use All Temp for all my heating & air conditioning needs in the future
He was very nice and polite and he came in got right down to business, checked the thermostat, checked the intakes vents and then checked the unit and measured the area, unit and the overflow tray and then went outside and checked the compressor. He also took pictures of all the items that I mentioned about above and shook my hand thank me for considering Temp in the replacement of our air conditioner and heating unit and stated the company would be in touch by email and text. Then said goodbye
All Temp saved us last week when our AC went down, hours before we were heading out on Vacation. Great repair. While we were at it, I didn't like the access to the filter, so they came back and replaced the filter holder with a 5" filter that needs to be replaced twice a year and is easily accessible. Great staff! Impressive!
