She was so knowledgeable, she cared, i booked and she got me right! i left her chair feeling confidant and looking good!

Holly makes you feel like you've known her for years! And she really listens to what your goal is and very quick shares with you that the process will be in steps. I completely understood. I'm transitioning to my natural grey hair and trying to clean out the highlights but don't want to dye my whole head. Anyways.. blah blah blah about me, for Holly, you can tell she knows her business and is very welcoming. As for pricing, if it's a big change like mine it can be a tad bit pricey but she did share for my retouches will be a fraction of the cost, so very happy about that. :) Yes, I highly recommend Central Park Hair Design. Holly is my new go to Gal!Note, In my picture attached you can still see a tad of my highlights mixed in with my grey. This is where my process will be in steps. She explained we have to be careful with the ash being mixed in.. etc etc...
Elena is a wonderful stylist and a wonderful person. I know every time I leave from the salon, that I will look great! Her skills are amazing! I wear a pixie or an edgy short cut. She does a much better job than any stylist that I have ever had. She really cares about her clients and wants them to be happy. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Here to give Patrick 5 stars. It's been a while since I found a barber/stylist that straight up gave a professional consultation as a first time client and I didn't even ask for one. He took into consideration shape, hairlines, etc and gave a recommendation and was considerate of my thoughts. (Pro status) He's super friendly which is just icing on the cake but I'm here to talk about his ability to create shape and style with shears, clippers, and a straight razor. I'm impressed!! He's quick, not because he's in a rush, it is because of his knowledge and experience. He's also creative. He knows his stuff.... HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. It seems like he keeps up on current education, considering his Paul Mitchell educator background. I'm glad I found this guy!

I take my boys to Barbers & 54 located in Concord NC I always book with Brittany she does a phenomenal job, and I mean it’s absolutely amazing her cuts are so even and my boys can’t sit still to save their life sometimes, and even if there is something off she can camouflage it very well. I highly recommend her she’s nice and brings a very positive vibe. Also I love how Brittany double checks with you and asks if this is okay or if you want it shorter, a design, or whatever else the case may be and before she’s done she again checks in with my kids and me, which I love . Brittany is definitely our go to, once you find your person it’s hard to find anyone to top them and she’s definitely our person. Check her out and the place it’s very clean and very nice.

I have been taking my 10 year old son to this barbershop for almost a year now and he LOVES it! His barber is Boston and he is amazing but to be honest, all of the barbers are. Boston always keeps my son's hair looking very nice and my son has gained so much confidence since he has been going to this shop . The atmosphere is very pleasant and it's always clean. If I could give 100 stars, I would! I only had a certain amount of time to get in and out, which I hated to do to them but had to have my nails done for an event. They even squeezed in a pedicure and were so so nice about it. My nails turned out amazing and my pedicure was phenomenal. Look no further, they are so kind and do a great job!
I am so happy with my nails! I brought in a couple of designs to see what the tech (MARY) was comfortable with because I had never been. She went with the one I really wanted even though it was the hardest one and she did wonderful! It came out to about 100 with tip and everything.
Requested style: I asked for floral nails and had a reference picture brought with me and she didn’t match it to a T due to length issues but they look amazing!! This was my first time there and I will definitely be back.
Stylist: My stylist was Mary, and she was FABULOUS. She was very communicative about possible issues or differences from the reference picture I had. Which I knew going in that it would be a little different than the picture because I was getting shorter nails than in the picture. But, Mary did amazing and explained everything outright.

He did an amazing job , usually when I go to get my nails done they use the drill on my nails and a lot of the time they over file or they make my cuticle bleed. The man I had was very gentle and did everything perfectly. I 100% have weird finger and they are a little crooked, but he managed to keep the nails on my fingers straight. I forgot to ask his name but I’m going to ask for him when I return.

So I got SNS nails done here, loved my nail tech she was amazing... she was 5 stars for sure but the price is what made me go 4. My regular nails place was on vacation but typically 1 color solid glitter or anything sns 1 color is $40 & 2 colors $50 but here at this location I did 1 solid glitter color and was charged $50 for it so w tip $60 for 1 color...glad I didn't do my typical ombre look by but meh I won't change where I get my nails done at but I will rebook if I ever am in bind, again color options are great ♡

Had my first appointment with Karen and she was wonderful. The morning of the appointment she texted a greeting with instructions for the address since it was my first time. When I entered the suite it was a nice size and provides comfort and security. Karen asked questions and addressed concerns. She was gentle and quick with the waxing which is the best combination. Karen is very personable and friendly. Customer care was top notch for sure. She also followed up the next day to check on my progress. 10/10 highly recommend. I will 100% return.

my wax was perfect, it was so quick and looked amazing. she is so special because she is able to spark up a conversation to distract you from what she is doing, and she had me in and out in about 10 minutes. not many people can do that, you can tell she loves what she does!

After 13 years since my 1st tattoo, I trusted Lost Sheep with #2. I worked a lot with Rocky to get me scheduled and thinking through designs. He was incredibly patient, kind and accommodating. He set me and my wife up with John to do our work.
Communication with John was great. He was eager to get to work on my idea. I sent him a lot of images and texts to try and explain what I knew I wanted but couldn't quite wrap my brain around. John sketched it up the day of and took great care in doing so. I gave him freedom to creatively interpret my idea as an artist and he came up with something perfect. He was happy to make some edits to the sketch before starting and even added in some elements to represent my wife and kids.
The actual tattoo process (7 hour session) was excellent. The shop was clean, friendly and appealing. They even offered snacks and drinks since I was in for the long haul. John was friendly and easy to talk to. I never felt rushed or pressured. John delivered super clean, thin lines and superb shading with no errors. He took great care in cleaning up the finished product, wrapping it and talking me through care and next steps.
The end result was everything I ever hoped for: Philbo Baggins' Hobbit Hole for me, a Hobbit at heart, who really just wants to stay home with the people I love enjoying good food and drink, all the while up for a little adventure. John's interpretation was incredible and the details were perfect. He designed the tattoo where the door was cracked open and you could see elements inside of the home which he then shaded over to add great depth. He truly went above and beyond and I will be back. Genuinely amazing work. 10/10 would DEF recommend John and co. at Lost Sheep!

I came down from Virginia to visit my Sister, and asked her what she wanted to do today. She said "Let's get some tattoos ". I figured hey why not. The staff was simply amazing. Tee (who just turned 16) laid down some nice ink on my Sister. Her Father hooked me up with a Sweet Ace of Spades. They were very inviting and we had more than a few laughs. Would not hesitate to get some further work done here

I wanted to leave a review about how impressed I was with ReelFly. I called up earlier in the day looking for a small piece that could be done today (preferably), and the guy I spoke to gave me information and told me they could get me in. I went up there and found out it wasn’t exactly as I thought, they weren’t expecting me. The first guy (I don’t think I caught his name) spoke to was as professional as he could be and I know my irritation showed (not proud of that. He was doing his job). He did an excellent de-escalation job and I in no way felt like he was patronizing. One of the owners Allen was there and though he normally didn’t work Saturday, he decided to help me out. We had an awesome conversation and my tattoo looks great. I may add a picture of it later after it’s healed. He charged me their absolute minimum. They really didn’t have anything to make right, but they thought so. I would definitely go back. High recommend. Great customer service. Thank you.
After moving down from New York I was super selective of where I wanted to get tattooed and Old Crescent did not disappoint, from the cleanliness of the shop , to the friendly / welcoming atmosphere and most of all the beautiful artwork Justin has created is unmatched. After one I knew I’d be back….4 tattoos later not once was I disappointed, I look forward to planning more and coming back!

We just remodeled our primary bathroom and reconfigured all of our plumbing, Chase was the one from Sustainable Plumbing that handled all of that work. He was very polite and hard worker. He did a really good job. If and when we ever need anymore plumbing work, we will definitely call Sustainable again.

I called at 8am stating all 3 of my toilets were not flushing. They gave me a window of 10-12 the same day. Joshua called at 9:57 to say he was on his way. Joshua looked at the toilets and the waste line near the house and diagnosed immediately of a main line backup. Immediately on the spot gave me an estimate, explained what he needed to do, was friendly, knowledgeable and ensured he answered all my questions so I understood exactly what was going to be done. Work got started and even though additional people needed to be called and extra work done the quoted price remained the same. The work was done well and I am extremely satisfied with the work done as well as the professionalism and knowledge of the technician. Thank you Joshua and Three way plumbing.
Had a well pump emergency at my senior mom's home this past weekend. I called Plumbing Agents because they were close by. I'm so glad I called them now. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant. The crew arrived and completed the repairs much sooner than I expected. The price was better than I expected also. Mom said the guys were as nice as they could be. Good to see that there's still some good, respectable craftsmen out there. Thank you so much Plumbing Agents. I've already referred you to a friend.
I would not recommend this company! Our sewer line was backed up. They came out in April to look and fix it. It took them 13 trips to our house and over a month to complete the job the "right way". We could not flush our Toilets until after 9 of those trips(2 weeks later). They finally found out it was the sewer line. But it took them multiple trip to find the line. We live in China Grove. The line was only 60ft to the road. They dug up our yard like it had land mines everywhere even through i told them where the line was and the path it took. Finally when they found it(multiple trips later). They use a tractor to dig it up. They destroyed several spindles on my porch. And i had to remove part of my porch(i had to cut it off of the porch, me not them) so they could use their tractor. A mini excavator was the right tool for the job. They thought it was a good idea to come back and cover it 2 days after it rained for 3 straight days. They did a terrible job covering it up. We had to complaint multiple times before to get done right. I had huge holes, drop offs, and ruts everywhere. They cut the water line when hunting for the sewer line. Put a shut off valve to fix it. Even though i asked them not to(just fix the cut). They put the access cover 7 inches below the ground around it. So it would fill with water. Then covered it with dirt. I had to uncover it. My girlfriend called to complain they told her there was nothing to fix. I called and they said they would send someone out. Imply what you will about that. Mind you this job cost $7000 to do. They said we could've a great discount of $150 if they did not have to come back and fix the yard or raise the access for the unwanted shut off value. We said NO. Fix it make it right. They finally came to fix it and i asked one of there workers if they would want their yard left the way they left my yard and they said "no". Instead of bring equipment that could level and grade the yard they did it with shovels. Which took the whole 4 person company to do. We tried to give them an out 3 trips in. We said this looks over your head. Its ok the say so. We will pay you for what you have done. They said they were sure they could do it. I was afraid i was going to have to take them to court. We got no apologies for how the job went. They would not even take responsibility there poor work. I had to tell them if you don’t fix it you will not get paid. It was that bad. Unprofessional to say the least. I would not trust the "Master Plummer" with a leaky garden hose. Do your research check the Better Businesses Bureau. Hindsight we should have fired them 3 trips in. It was a very standard repair that became a nightmare.

We needed the original pinewood floors in our kitchen and breakfast areas plus one long hallway sanded and refinished in our nearly 100 year old home. A couple years ago, Darin came out and gave us an estimate for the same work. He measured the moisture content in the sub-flooring and beams in the crawlspace and determined that we needed to cover/seal the bare ground in the crawlspace in order to lower the moisture content in the wood. He did not charge us for that consultation. We installed the vapor barrier in the crawlspace and had him come out again and complete the job. We felt totally comfortable leaving him keys to the house while we went to the mountains for a week. He communicated with us frequently via text/pictures and Facetime. The transformation of the floors is simply amazing. The natural color finish brought out all the beautiful variations in the old one and a half inch wide pine flooring. Couldn't be more pleased.
Carpet to go was very helpful. We moved from Virginia to Concord, NC and we needed some carpet installed. Fred and his team was very helpful with our problem, we had a time line of 10 days to buy the carpet and have it installed. Wow! We submitted an online request for an arborist to assess and help us with a bagworm invasion on our beautiful, mature arborvitae’s, and Collin was here quickly! He planned and implemented quick action to stop the damage, and the crew was on-site the next day, spraying, removing nearby bushes that were infested with the critters, and pruned our Japanese maple that had grown out of shape. I am not sure how long I have been a dental patient at Clifford C Compton practice, but it's been a long part of my almost 77 years (next month). I have always been treated with the best care anyone could ever expect. From the office personnel to the hands-on technicians (sorry I've forgotten the actual titles for all those folks) to Dr. Compton himself, I ALWAYS get the best treatment. And, I enjoy the interactions with everyone. It's like down-home week whenever I come in. IF you can ever enjoy a dental appointment, this is the place !

We had an incredible experience at Afton Dental! Dr. Hill generously made time to fix my son's chipped front tooth before the holidays. My son was a bit nervous and Dr. Hill spent a lot of time explaining the fix, checking on him throughout the appointment and making sure it was painless. You can't tell which tooth was previously chipped. We are so impressed with Dr. Hill and his team! Definitely recommend.

I went today for a massage. The masseuse Amy was excellent. I asked for a firm massage but not deep tissue.
I was thoroughly pleased with the constant pressure.
Hours later, I still feel the relief from her work.
No stranger to chiropractic, I came to American Family Spine after a lapse in care due to Covid, logistics/relocations, etc. I didn't ask around; I did my own research. And it paid off - I made the best choice. Dr. Will and his support staff are a pleasure to work with. I'm a fan of the practice model. They have fine-tuned it in a manner which allows you to be seen, treated, and get back to your day in a reasonable time span. Each visit is meticulously charted with Dr. Will doing his own charting/notations (does not use a scribe). When I saw this, it reaffirmed I'd made the right choice. Getting used to the office flow only takes 1-2 visits. Everyone (Doctor, staff, and patients ! ) work well together. The practice has a good mix of new patients with chronic or emergent needs along with those who opt for a maintenance schedule once an initial complaint is resolved. If you could use some help "mobilizing", this should be your first and best choice.

Taking from the front office till Doctor, all are very polite, kind and receiving. Dr Kira saw my Shih Tzu. She is very patient, listened to what we were saying, she is informative, explained clearly on whats happening and options we got. Dr her self called both times to share the blood work report and on Follow up test also. I wish we knew this facility before. I would recommend this facility for anyone who care their pet to be cared by a Vet and the staff just as the owner.

I explicitly said I did not want that low of a cut on my dog (a goldendoodle) especially as it’s winter. I was only told after the appointment there was an option to detangle the hair, it just costs more. I also could have gotten the matted knots out myself with a detangler and then brought her back in but was not told about these options prior. My dog looks completely bald with 40 degree winter temperatures…I am also seeing that she was nicked and bleeding from her ear where they cut her. On the plus side, her coat was soft and fragrant and my puppy (2) is very energized and excitable so I’m grateful they helped me cut her nails and wash her. They also tried to leave some length around her head. I would like to give them another shot, but the initial results are so disappointing. This with the spa add on cost us 172….I want my money back at least in part especially since she was cut on her ear. I in no way want to get a hard working groomer in trouble, I just wish to share my honest review.

I have been a patient since Stress Medic first opened its doors. The owner is very hands on and passionate about healing, and I have never walked away from a session unhappy. Her staff is caring and very willing to work with me on scheduling. I have referred many friends to Stress medic over the years, and they always tell me how thankful they are after!
As for the therapy itself - WOW! I have had Skoliosis my entire life. I remember being in pain from the time I was 9 years old. Rather than exploring options such as surgery, my mother began taking us to chiropractors. While they helped, I wasn’t receiving long term pain relief. We tried Stress Medic as a “treat”, and were absolutely floored by the pain relief we felt…even an entire month after our sessions. I have kept up with those sessions as much as possible over the years. Even when there were entire years that I couldn’t afford to come in, I was always remembered and warmly welcomed upon my return. I now go every other week, and it is the best investment I make in my wellness. They even give me tailored exercises to help with any current issues I’m having throughout my body. I still keep up with chiropractic from time to time, but when I have an issue my first stop is Stress Medic. For example, I once walked in hunched over. I was in spasm to the point where I hadn’t been able to stand up straight for two days. They made a spot for me for an emergency 30 minute session, and got straight to work on me. After that session, I was upright and comfortable again. I have many other stories like that one, and I share them with anyone who will listen!
To make a LONG review short, you will not regret giving them a try. They are skilled at what they do, and worth every penny!
Jennifer is absolutely the best! I came in with a lot of stiffness and pain and walked out feeling absolutely 100% better. She takes the time to address what is needed for the most benefit of the massage. Thanks again for your always great service!

Highly recommend Jen and the team at Be The Change. I had a significant shoulder injury which required surgery and a multi month recovery. My insurance covered PT (Ortho Carolina) and while it was helpful, their posture seemed to be a lot on what I can’t do/shouldn’t do, particularly overhead weight. Some friends referred me to Jen and she was wonderful in helping develop and plan to get me back to 100%. There was a lot of focus on correcting strength and form imbalances that were likely the root cause of my issues, and also getting some muscles that were constantly locked up to release. I’m happy to say I’m better than 100% and no limitations. A+++ recommended!
I have been using the Concord location for a knee and back problem. Carrie, Karissa and Gabbie are always friendly and helpful. I believe they are genuinely concerned about me. They know their STUFF and have helped my pain problem get better. I would recommend this location to anyone needing physical therapy.
