Bobby and Mike put all new duct work under our house on 9/20 and 9/21. 2023. they both did a Awesome job and kept us informed about what they were doing. we have a very very tight crawl space and I know that it was a rough job for them to do. But they took their time and wanted to make sure that the job was done right. they both went above and beyond our expectations. our home was built in the 50's and our air return is in the floor. they raised it up about 18 inches for better efficiency. they cleaned up after themselves and you would never know that they were here. I referred them to my neighbor who is a widower and she is also very happy with their service. Always Great Service from them. “Definitely recommended Brady Flanary. Their technician arrived right in time as scheduled. Bradley found exactly what our issue was, a leak. Before filling the unit back up with Freon he discussed the cost that would be associated with it. He was very professional. The last hour he worked it was raining and he got drenched, but he still worked to complete the job. Highly recommend them.“

“Cool Breeze replaced my downstairs HVAC system in 2021, and it has worked flawlessly since then, so I didn't hesitate to use them again to replace the upstairs system. Steven came out and looked it over, gave me three replacement options and had a crew install it today. It was another arduous job - 8 hours - this time getting the air handler out of the attic (last time it was in the crawl space). The crew was very neat with everything, and were very friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had.
