“Talonz is known for our specialization in colored acrylic. We like to take the time to make sure that every one of our clients leave more than satisfied each visit. Unfortunately, some situations happen that are beyond our control. One late client can push back the rest of the day. Unfortunately, some people have a hard time understanding that and still get agitated with waiting. We do apologize. Another issue that needs to be addressed is scheduling. Due to time, we ask several questions that need to be answered in order to allow enough time. If a client wants a color change to their acrylic, which would take roughly an hour, we wouldn't book an appointment time for 30 minutes. This is why we are very thorough with what the client wants. Also children, as much as we love them, can also become a liability in the salon, no matter whose salon it is. We ask that unless they are receiving a service, that other arrangements are made. There are chemicals and equipment that can be very toxic and dangerous if consumed and played with. As for our nail artists, it is also very hard to stay on time and produce accurate results if a squirming child is held in the lap. We also appreciate honest feedback and love hearing from our clients. However, there is a difference between giving constructive criticism and degrading our salon and staff. Please, when leaving a review, please provide an accurate account of the experience, just not one sided. It helps to provide a clear record of the experience and will help others in making a sound decision to visit us. We love all of our clients, as they are one huge family to us. “Ive been coming to maricelas hair salon for years , literally since my childhood , maricela has seen me grow since i was a little girl ( i am 24 now )and has always done a great job cutting my hair today i had the chance to meet flor and ive been really hesitant on getting a hair cut due to me damaging it for years and after 3 years of hair growth i was scared for someone to touch it without cutting too much or leaving it way too short , today i asked for a butterfly cut with alot of layers with curtain bangs ( my hair is long , really straight and had no texture and seemed really plain ) and flor did not dissapoint ! I left falling in love with my self and felt really confident , she was really sweet , and maricelas staff made me feel really comfortable and we all just vibed , didnt feel awkward at all ! - muchas gracias flor ! “Good price and friendly staff, but awful haircut. I came in for a high fade. The sides were not blended properly and the hair length on one side was very long compared to the other, which defeated the purpose of the fade. I didn't see all this until I got home and showered.Edited: I got contacted back immediately to fix the issue.“
