Western Carolina ENT were OUTSTANDING. They were responsive to my scheduling requests. As many medical facilities have gone AI scheduling, WC ENT has not. My first call to make an appointment was after hours and I left a voice-mail message. I received a call back the next morning (which I missed) but they left a message with a phone number to the appointment scheduling desk. I called it and spoke with a pleasant lady who set up my appointment.
On appointment day, I showed early and they got me in early. I actually had my consult and procedure completed prior to my scheduled appointment. RockStar performance and much appreciated.
