We had a man and a woman come out and were very helpful & got the job done in no time and was same day service. They emptied out the septic tank and made sure my issue was resolved before leaving. Also very affordable! Very nice people will definitely be using their services in the future. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

I have to give a shout out to Sewer Rat for being amazing! My garage floor drain has been backing up lately, only when I run the clothes washer. Come to find out, there was a rather large issue with the sewer line. They came here first thing in the morning and spent the entire day tracking it down, being very thorough, as well as very kind people. Thankfully, this issue was fully taken care of the next day!! These guys were awesome and super nice all around. John even called me the next day to make sure everything was alright. Who does that!? Only those who take pride in their work, and they truly have a thankless job. (I know I couldn’t do it!) If you ever need someone for drain cleanouts or repairs, I would totally recommend these guys. John (x2!) and Tyler were all amazing. Thanks, guys! 🙂
