Todays visit.
From the moment i was checked in at front desk to the time i was done, receptionist, nurse and dr was professional. Very polite. Me and dr throughly went over my issue and made a plan on medicine etc to use to get better. I was there almost a total of 45min which in my opinion is great for a walk in.

If you need anything urgent care, choose HAYWOOD! Went here needing STITCHES. It was close to closing so Gary Campbell, PA chose to glue my hand (after me showing him how much it opens with movement). Needless to say, I didn't even make it home before it opened back up. They are now closed and I have to deal with another urgent care bill AND theirs. I called to complain and never got a returned call. When I got to the HAYWOOD urgent care. I was not only well taken care of, but they were shocked that I not only didn't receive stitches (I needed 7!!!), but that they didn't even offer a tetanus shot!

Thought the experience was good at first but being called back promptly and listened to about what was going on. But after all was said and done my "NP" just told me to go see my primary care and take heartburn medication which was the least of my problems. I was also not given a doctors not for work when I came in. When I called about this issue the next day, I was told by the hateful guy on the phone that "it's my own fault for not signing the form to release a doctors note". I was never given anything by anyone at the front desk or even asked about signing this form, nor did I know I had to sign a form to get a doctors note. Needless to say,... read full review
